For over 10 years, we ran our own DTC brand
While we were able to constantly grow revenue - eventually hitting over $50 million/year - our profitability and customer satisfaction always lagged due to a slow supply chain.
To solve that, we built our own fulfillment center in Shenzhen, allowing us to buy only the inventory we needed and immediately ship it to customers anywhere in the world with a domestic shipping experience.
Overnight, we saw how impactful it was for our bottom line.
No more wasted inventory. Cash flow drastically improved. Customers LOVED the branded, high-end packaging.
We then decided to open up our supply chain to other brands, allowing us to fully focus on giving them the same opportunity to transform their businesses.
